People with a mental illness often fear the stigma and mistreatment from mental health workers.

For the past three years, Playing ON has been collaborating with NHS clinicians and service users, drawing together the stories of those receiving and providing mental health care.  Since April we have been working within the Maudsley.  This is what we have found

Playing ON will present improvised scenes with mental health service users and providers alongside professional actors.  This will be an opportunity to find out about the company, share some of the work and give feedback before the creation of a written play.
